Plum Fruit Preparation for Yogurt is made from mashed red-skinned plums of the Black Beauty, Black Star, Black Diamond, Friar, Stanley and Angelino varieties, and prepared as requested. Plums are a fruit with a very sweet taste and a pleasant fragrance. They are rich in Vitamin C and contain Vitamin A, calcium, fiber and magnesium. It has found application in yogurts and yogurt desserts.
