Red Wine Extract is a red-brown colored, fine powder derived from the grape juice fermentation of the Vitis vinifera L. plant. This product is available in 30% OPC, 30% Polyphenols, and 30% Resveratrol specifications. Red Wine Extract is most commonly used as a functional food additive.
