Aquacel™ WS Cellulose Gum


Aquacel™ WS Cellulose Gum is a low-cost, effective elimination of wine crystals using cellulose gum. This product was designed to meet the OIV monograph requirements (Resolution OENO 2-2008 part 3 chap 3 sub 3.3, monograph 366/2009) and give optimum performance in stabilizing tartaric acid. It is approved for use in white and sparkling wine, with a low usage rates (40 mg/L of wine). Its stability is not impacted by temperature extremes, and has no organoleptic influence, imparting no impact on taste and mouthfeel.
