VITACEL® Potato Fiber 

VITACEL® Potato Fiber is an insoluble fiber that is used as a food additive for dietary fiber enrichment, calorie reduction, carbohydrate reduction, and creates less fat absorption during cooking or frying. The main technological property is the construction of a three-dimensional fiber network in the end product, greatly improving the texture and stability of the food, enabling a high water binding capacity in the product. It is used in meat products, bread, baked goods, health food, extrudates, and doughs.



At JRS, we recognised the need for functional dietary fibers many years ago and created a Branding program for natural, healthy and innovative fibers with the VITACEL® Dietary Fiber. Cereal, fruit and vegetable fibers as well as high-purity cellulose, VIVAPUR ® microcrystalline cellulose (MCC). Meanwhile, VITACEL® Compounds, VIVAPUR® Colloidal Systems and VIVAPUR ® HPMC and MC complete our product range.
