Lemon-Scented Vervain Dry Aqueous Extract (CAS 85116-63-8) is a dark beige to light brown hygroscopic powder extracted from the lemon verbena leaves. Partially water soluble, the product is used as a lemon flavoring, finding application in foods such as fish and poultry dishes, vegetable marinades, dressings, and jams. It can also be used as a flavoring in beverages and teas.
