Pregelatinized Flour 7310
Pregelatinized Flour 7310 is made of corn meal and corn flour that is cooked at high temperature under pressure then ground to a flour. It is made from selected streams and cooked at a high temperature to provide a constant viscosity. This product is ideally used in fig and fruit paste as a moisture-retaining agent and/or extender. It can also be used as a binding agent in extruded products such as cereals, snack foods or pastas. Pregelatinized Flour 7310 widely used as a meat extender, dough conditioner or thickening agent. This product has a moisture content of 9.0%, a fat content of 1.0% and a viscosity level of 80.0%.
