Garlic CO2-TO Extract D/E = 50:1 

Garlic CO2-TO extract D/E = 50:1 is a yellow to light brown, turbid liquid with a typical garlic odour. It contains 3 - 8 % essential oil with diallyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, methyl allyl disulfide, vinyldithiine, ajoene, allicin and other sulphur-containing compounds. This product is used in the food industry as spice, in natural remedies for improving blood circulation, because of its anti-inflammatory efficacy, and its ability to reduce high levels of cholesterol.
