Tanal® W4 

Tanal® W4 is a pure, low molecular weight, hydrolysable tannin specially purified for applications in the food industry. This high purity grade was specially developed for applications in the wine industry. It has a pH of 2.5 to 3.5 and a minimum purity level of 96%. A 100% natural extract derived from renewable plant materials, it contains no preservatives or additives.
