Oat Bran-Fiber Hydrocolloid (OBF600 MPF) is a proprietary blend of finely-ground high-fibers, with superior hydrophylic (water) and lipophilic (oil) holding properties. It is useful as a meat extender with improved mouthfeel, texture and flavor. It is a creamy yellow-white to light brown color, and the taste is clean, with no off flavors.
