Lactarmor® G 26 EB PA is a functional instant dairy system that is based on vegetable fat (refined palm oil). This product is used to replace whole milk powder in food applications. Its main assets include its good taste thanks to reduction of minerals’ rate, its heat treatment stability thanks to raw material’s selection, and its wettability by lecithin add. Lactarmor G 26 EB PA is thus particularly adapted to the flavoured dairy drinks. The ingredients of this product include lactose, milk protein, palm oil, lecithin(E322), and aroma. And the percentages of fat and protein in it are approximately 26.0% and 3.0%, respectively.
