Lactarmor® G 26/10 PA is a functional dairy system based on vegetable fat (palm oil) that can replace whole milk powder in food applications. It is used to help increase the functional and organoleptical properties in end products while significantly reducing cost. The ingredients of this product include lactose, milk protein, palm oil, sugar, and aroma. And the percentages of fat and protein in it are approximately 26.0% and 9.8%, respectively.



Armor Proteines offers a wide variety of nutritional and functional ingredients. They specialize in milk fractionation and some of their products include medium to high viscosity caseinates, texturising proteins, economical milk powder substitutes and also whey derivatives and demineralized whey.
