EMPURE ES 100 

Empure ES 100 is a functional clean label pea starch which allows developer creating food products with similar quality by using modified starch. Empure ES 100 can be used as a binding and thickening agent with adjusted gelatinization and dissolving properties for the food industry.

Empure ES 100 is generally applied as binding and thickening agent in food products in which low to medium viscosities are needed as well as in applications which should show an evident thickening only at higher temperatures e.g. soups, sauces, gravies. Empure ES 100 can be added directly into cooking liquids, avoiding the formation of lumps. In bakery products, Empure ES 100 achieves increased volume as well as an improvement of the crumb structure.
