Emcheese-Mor® 520 

Emcheese-Mor® 520 vegan is specially formulated to allow production of a block cheese analoge, suitable as a pizza topping or for use in baking. This product does not use ingredients of animal origin. It enhances flow when the texture is hot and provides excellent firmness characteristics when cooled during processing. Emcheese-Mor® 520 vegan enhances efficiency and imparts superior flow through all stages of analogue cheese processing. The finished product is suitable for slicing, shredding and cubing.
