Emjel ESH 8 

Emjel ESH 8 can be used as a thickening, texturizing and stabilizing agent with good capacity of gel formation. This starch can be applied as the only ingredient for thickening and gelling without the use of other gelling agents in dessert powders and bakery fillings. Furthermore this instant starch can be used in either hot or cold processing fruit (pie) fillings and puddings.
