Crystalline Fructose 

Crystalline Fructose is sweeter than sugar with a relative sweetness of 1.2 to 1.7 compared to that of sucrose. Qualities of Crystalline Fructose include relatively low Glycamic index and solubility in water, methanal and ethanol. It is a nutritive sweetener and aids in the processing and formulation of foods. No antibiotics or hormones are present in the product.
