Lallemand® Level2 TD 

Lallemand® Level2 TD is an innovative wine fermenting yeast kit, consisting of both the torulaspora delbrueckii and saccharomyces cerevisiae strains. It has moderate fermentation speed and high nitrogen needs. It produces esters as a sensory effect, and improves mouthfeel and aromatic complexity. It is used in the production of white wines, especially chardonnay, chenin, semillon, ugni blanc, and melon.
