PN4® 

PN4® is a bacteria strain isolated from a spontaneous Pino noir-fermentation.This Oenococcus oeni strain demonstrates its capacity to achieve malolactic fermentation for red and white wines in difficult conditions of pH, alcohol and So2. PN4® is well suited for spicy and structured Pinot noir and may also be used to carry out malolactic fermentation in Chardonnay.
