Lalvin ICV OPALE® 

Lalvin ICV OPALE® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae cerevisiae strain, with moderate fermentation speed, low nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-86 degrees Fahrenheit. It produces an esters sensory effect, and produces high amounts of volatile aromatic compounds that result in intense and complex fruit aromas. It contributes to an initial impression of volume and softness, round, intense mid-palate and balanced finish. It is used in the production of white and rosé wines.
