Uvaferm SVG® 

Uvaferm SVG® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces chevalieri strain, with moderate fermentation speed, medium nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 60-77 degrees Fahrenheit. Uvaferm SVG ® produces a enhanced varietal character sensory effect, and helps to naturally lower acidity. This product is used in the production of white wines, especially in Sauvignon blanc, Reisling or Pinot gris.
