Lalvin T 73® 

Lalvin T 73® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae bayanus strain, with moderate fermentation speed, medium-to-high nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 59-86 degrees Fahrenheit. It produces a neutral sensory effect, a good mouthfeel from high amounts of glycerol, and exhibits good resistance to vineyard antifungal treatments. It is used in the production of red wines, especially those in hot climates.
