Uvaferm 43 ® 

Uvaferm 43® is a wine fermenting yeast of the saccharomyces cerevisiae bayanus strain, with fast fermentation speed, low nitrogen needs, and a temperature range of 55-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Uvaferm 43 ® produces a neutral sensory effect, and emphasizes the ability to restart stuck fermentations. This product is used in the production of red wines, may be used in the production of white wines.
