Panodan® SD/D K is a diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono-diglycerides (DATEM) made from refined soy, palm, and/or rapeseed oils. It optimizes efficiency and quality as well as increases the volume of baked bread, improves dough stability, and facilitates the reduction of fat in cookies and crackers. This product is ideal for use in breads, crackers, cookies, coffee whiteners, frostings, and cream fillings.
