Aqueous-Dispersed Silicone Elastomer Gel BT-9169 has the features of delicate matte smooth skin touch, easy to spread, hiding power, physical smooth wrinkles and invisible pores. It can improve moisturizing and skin effect when add in anti-wrinkle formulation with silicone elastomer emulsion.
