PromaCare® HPR is a new type of vitamin A derivative that is effective without conversion. It can slow down the decomposition of collagen and make the whole skin more youthful. It can promote keratin metabolism, clean pores and treat acne, improve rough skin, brighten skin tone, and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It can bind well to protein receptors in cells and promote the division and regeneration of skin cells. PromaCare HPR has extremely low irritation, super activity and higher stability. It is synthesized from retinoic acid and small molecule pinacol. It is easy to formulate (oil-soluble) and is safe/gentle to use on the skin and around the eyes.
