Acetyl hydroxyproline is an acetylated derivative of the amino acid hydroxyproline. Acetylation modification enhances its skin permeability, resulting in improved skin elasticity, diminished fine lines, and a slowdown in the aging process. It stimulates ceramide synthesis, aiding in skin barrier repair, enhancing skin hydration, and delivering long-lasting moisturizing effects. Additionally, it alleviates itching in patients with atopic dermatitis, and its topical formulations are internationally recognized for their anti-inflammatory and wound-healing properties. view less

Hydroxyproline is the primary amino acid in the composition of skin collagen, with two lipophilic palmitic acid groups enhancing its skin permeability. Palmitoylated hydroxyproline is an amphiphilic molecule highly compatible with the skin. Dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline can act as a bio-shaping agent for hydroxyproline, allowing hydroxyproline to be directly supplemented through the skin to reach the target and exert its effects. Enzymes related to lipid metabolism in the stratum corneum of the skin can hydrolyze palmitoyl amino acids, releasing hydroxyproline, while the fatty acid groups remain on the skin surface to form a lipid protective layer. Extensive scientific experiments have demonstrated that dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline exhibits excellent anti-aging and firming effects, making it a remarkably effective anti-aging ingredient. view less

It has detergent and great foaming properties and can wash the skin and the hair while providing repairs. Silk protein is formed of two proteins: fibroin and sericin. Fibroin has a unique amino acid composition. It is rich in glycine, alanine and serine which have small molecular weight and simple chemical structure. This composition is known to form a sheet structure to which is associated the comfortable touch of silk. The amino acids of sericin have many hydroxy groups which provides uncomparable moisturizing effect. This product includes upcycled silk made from waste which is generated in the processing into silk. Promois series is a range of peptides and derivatives obtained through hydrolysis of natural proteins. It is developed and manufactured in Japan by SEIWA KASEI. view less
