Phosphatcholine (PC) is a natural and fundamental part of all cell membranes. The linoleic acid and choline it contains are substances that the human body cannot synthesize on its own. It is easily incorporated into the oil phase of an emulsion and can also be emulsified with Phoenomulse 100 to a high internal phase resulting in a thin o/w emulsion.
