Brillian-BSJ15 is a compound of N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)-Urea. It is white or similar to white crystal or crystalline powder, odorless and non simulative. It can be easily dissolved in water, but can not dissolve in oils. It has better hydroscopic ability compared with glycerin or other hydroscopic agents. This product can increase the elasticity of skin and imparts a good skin feel.
It can be directly added into water and the operation is simple and convenient. If the system of cream is acidity, it can be dissolved in water, then add this solution into the cream at 60°C and the cream will be much more stable. view less
