It has a HLB of 9-9.5 and is compatible with naturally-derived and synthetic ingredients; including low and high polarity esters, volatile and non-volatile hydrocarbons and silicone fluids. It has enhanced wetting properties for pigments with vegetable-derived or silicone coatings. The use level is 4-10% and it should be added to the oil phase for optimal performance. Gransurf PG-14 can hold a water content up to 80% (formula dependent) and can be used as W/O main emulsifier or co-emulsifier. view less
