Naturechem® PGR provides cushion to formulations, imparts gloss, is lubricious, and is an effective pigment wetter and stabilizer. Because it forms occlusive barriers, it reduces transepidermal water loss, and offers excellent humectancy via hydrogen bonding between water and the material’s hydroxyl groups.
