NUTREX PG, which has a characteristic content of total N of 0.2 to 0.3%, is a natural mixture of glycosaminoglycans that includes chondrointin sulfate and dermatan sulfate. It exhibits a beneficial hydrophilic behavior which facilitates the entry of water and electrolytes into the connective tissue. Water entry helps to obtain better emollient condition and turgidity of the stratum corneum. Nutrex PG improves mechanical properties and lubricity sensation due to dermal strengthening, giving firmness and elasticity to skin. Used in hair care cosmetic treatments, it works as bio-stimulant for hair growth due to its tricopeptides content.
