DOWSIL™ Elastomer Blend Emulsions can be used alone, or in combination with others in the HIP family of emulsions to rapidly develop stable skin care formulations. It is a proprietary material designed specifically to prepare water-in- silicone emulsions and multiple emulsions (i.e. water-in-silicone in water), with improved aesthetics. It is for use in water-in-silicone emulsions with excellent stability, manufacturing flexibility, formulation flexibility, and aesthetics, delivery systems for both non-polar and polar ingredients, multiple emulsion (water-in-cyclopentasiloxane in water) delivery systems containing oil-soluble, water-sensitive ingredients, such as vitamins.
