Specsil K-12 is a water-in-silicone polyether modified emulsifying crosspolymer combined with dimethicone used to formulate stable water-in- silicone creams and gels containing as much as 90% water. Recommended to be combine with the co-emulsifier, Emulsil S-397, to obtain optimum stability and the ability to control desired water break level during application rub-in.
