Recommended to be combine with the co-emulsifier, Emulsil S-397, to obtain optimum stability and the ability to control desired water break level during application rub-in. Specsil K-12 is shear thinning to facilitate the dispersion of pigments or other cosmetic ingredients and enables the formulation of unique textures. view less
