Upon application the encapsulated CES material breaks and offers an initial refreshing feel that is followed by a velvety silicone after feel. DAITOSOL 5000SJ helps form a film on the skin allowing the moisturization properties to remain on skin after rinsing. ASO-I2 helps to prevent a tacky, greasy feel. view less
