LUMOROL K 5229 is a water-free surfactant blend of anionic and nonionic surfactants. This product is free of diethanolamine and was specially developed for water-free formulations such as shower oils or oil foam baths. LUMOROL K 5229 provides clear shower and bath oil formulations. During usage, the dilution in water causes a change into a classical white O/W emulsion. LUMOROL K 5229 is clearly soluble in any kind of oil in nearly every concentration. Although final products contain a high amount of oil, good foaming properties can be achieved. view less

PEARLAGENT GM 4175 gives a homogeneous, fine, pearlescent shine to cosmetic products such as hair shampoos, bath preparations, etc. PEARLAGENT GM 4175 is added at normal temperature before the product is diluted with water to its final concentration. The application quantity amounts to up to 10 % according to the desired effect. The stability of the pearly shine depends on a sufficient viscosity of the final product which can be achieved for example by the addition of sodium chloride, OXETAL VD 20, OXETAL VD 92, or fatty acid alkanol amide (PURTON). PEARLAGENT GM 4175 normally does not require a special density of the basic formulation. view less
