ETHOXCARE® LA-23/75% is a mixture of water and the polyethylene glycol ether of lauryl alcohol with an average of 23 repeating units of ethylene glycol. It is a surfactant and an emulsifier. It is useful in a wide range of personal care products and cosmetics and is compatible with all types of oils and actives. Since Laureth-23 is a completely saturated material, ETHOXCARE® LA-23/75% is very stable and has an HLB of about 16-18.
