COSMOSOFT BAPF is a performance concentrate for the instant formation of hair moisturizing mousse. It is a transparent liquid at room temperature and when mixed with water, it turns into a creamy mousse that conditions and hydrates the hair. Due to their cationic nature, they are easily adsorbed on electronegative surfaces, such as skin or hair, producing a remarkable smoothing, detangling and antistatic effect. With the exception of anionic products (lauryl sulfates, soaps, CMC, alginates, etc.), it is compatible with materials commonly used in cosmetic formulations. view less
