Bemliese™(Basic type: Nonwoven sheet for beauty masks) answers virtually any skincare and beauty application for facial sheet masks, puffs, and other cosmetic products. This product is a regenerated cellulose continuous-filament non-woven sheet made from cotton linter, which is a by-product of cotton yield. It is different from other materials because it does not use short fibers. Liquid absorbency and retention are very high, enabling infusion with a large amount of water-borne cosmetics. When infused with liquid, the material conforms closely to the skin with outstanding transparency. Combining the characteristics of natural fiber with the functionality of man-made fiber, Bemliese™ is perfectly suited for use in facial masks and skin care products. It holds international certification in BIODEGRADABLE, VEGAN, and OEKO-TEX. The Basic type: Fiber diameter is about 12~13μm. ROL HSHO is produced using sunflower oil HSHO, well known for having in its composition of high percentages of stearic and oleic fatty acids, which imparts ease of spreadability, good emollience and gives a velvety touch. Adding a short chain hydrophilic greatly increases emulsification, reducing the amount of emulsifier required to achieve adequate stability. Moreover this procedure improves chemical stability to oxidation; which it is already optimized for the type of starting oil. Due to its high refractive index comparable to silicon phenyl trimethicone, imparts high gloss to the products being added.
