Foamquat RCAS is a concentrated liquid quaternary of an amido amine where the amido group is derived from castor oil. This quat is ideally suited for the industry’s current trend toward formulating with a naturally derived surfactant for skin/hair care products. An antistatic agent and a good cationic emulsifier for mineral oil, esters, aromatic, aliphatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Foamquat RCAS make an effective hair conditioner, especially in clear hair rinses and skin lotions. view less
