INEOS Oligomers is a leading global supplier of polybutene (polyisobutene, polyisobutylene, PB, PIB), manufactured for over 70 years under the trade name Indopol® and a leading manufacturer of synthetic, high-purity C8, C12, C16, and C20 isoparaffins. Indopol polybutenes are pure, non-comedogenic, non-irritating, clear/colorless, hydrophobic, non-drying, synthetic liquid polymers. INEOS isoparaffins are distinguished in the market by their superior purity, absence of color and odor and very low toxicity or skin irritation. They also offer excellent stability and inert characteristics as well as high spreadability. The polybutenes and isoparaffins are each formulated in many personal care and cosmetic products including: sunscreens, lip gloss, lip stick, color cosmetics, mascara, deodorants, creams and lotions, hair products and many others, each providing their own unique properties.
