EcoFlame B-959, a white powder with the chemical name of decabromodiphenyl oxide, is a flame retardant additive that offers a solution to flame retardant formulations in a wide range of applications and with bromine content. It is used in wire & cable, business machines and television cabinet formulations, elastomers, and is predominantly effective in styrenic, HIPS, polyester resins, polyamide, and polyolefins. EcoFlame B-959 is available with an average particle size of 3 um max or 6 um max, a melting point of 300 min (for the 3 um particle size) and 304.4 to 309.7 min (for the 6 um max particle size, iron content of 10 mg/kg max, an organic bromide of 82% min, a molecular weight of 959.2, and an aluminum content of 30 mg/kg max.

Find the link to your List page in the user menu.
All Tags have been converted to separate Lists, and your bookmarked items have been saved to a "Bookmarks" List.
When you click the Add to List button, a dropdown of your existing Lists appears. Click the List name to which you want to add this product or formula.
You can also create a new List. Simply click "Create a New List" and enter a name.
When you define a new List, the current item is automatically added to it. You can add a product or formula to as many Lists as you need.
Easily see which Lists this item appears in, and quickly go to that List from the links that appear on the page.
