The pigments demonstrate good rheological properties but fastness to overpainting and all nonaliphatic solvents is poor. In addition, they bloom heavily in baking systems and have relatively poor heat stability. To note is that they often exhibit poor crystal stability in the presence of non-aliphatic organic solvents, indicated by a distinct red shade shift, loss of brightness and strength reduction.
