It has excellent early water resistance–no blushing, whitening or blistering, excellent gloss development and gloss retention, wet and dry adhesion to tiles, glass and cementitious substrates, low temperature film formation (10 mils at 38°F), and chemical resistance as well as abrasion resistance.
