Natori Pullulan 90 is a natural water-soluble polysaccharide, produced from sucrose by fermentation. It is a linear, neutral glucan consisting mainly of maltotriose units linked through α-1,6-glucosidic bonds. It is an extremely versatile ingredient providing a technology platform for product innovation. It can be used widely as thickening or extending agents and adhesives in food industry. And it has been used widely in skin-cares.
