W/O Water Breaking Foundation (Formulation #CF-309)

This formula demonstrates the application of X-22-6695B, a self-emulsifying elastomer gel with natural ingredients in a pigment containing W/O emulsion. The combination of X-22-6695B and KSG-710 forms a stable emulsion with large particle size and provides fresh, water-breaking sensation with a moisturizing skin feel upon application. KP-561P silicone wax acts as a mild film former and adds a nice glossy finish to the bulk. High level of glycols makes for a great anti-age concept.
