ETHOXCARE® PSA-11 is the polypropylene glycol ether of stearyl alcohol with an average of 15 repeating units of propylene glycol. It is an emollient and skin-conditioning agent that is medium/fast spreading with a light velvety feel. ETHOXCARE® PSA-11 is an excellent solvent for a wide range of actives and is ideal for use in facial cleansers. Since it is a completely saturated material, it is very stable and resistant to extreme pH conditions. ETHOXCARE® PSA-11 has a required HLB of about 6-8. view less
