It can replace synthetic polymers in SPF and color cosmetic applications as a biodegradable, renewable pigment disperser and water resistance agent. This complex ester system creates a hydrophobic barrier that holds hydrophobic active ingredients on the skin. Its hydrophobic films provide water resistance in emulsions and spray products. At normal use levels of 2-4%, Naturederm DDG feels light, non-greasy, and non-sticky. view less
