In personal care formulations such as baby shampoos, bubble baths, and body cleansers, PEL-AMPH™ 2C provides a moderate lather and cleans without defatting the skin to give a rich, conditioning effect. PEL-AMPH™ 2C is stable over a wide pH range which makes it ideal for formulating AHA cleansers, etc. It is useful for the formulation of products used around food preparation areas, hospital hand cleansers. PEL-AMPH™ 2C is frequently used as the only surfactant in products such as premoistened wipes. view less

In personal care products, PEL-AMPH™ 2CSF-CG is used to couple conditioning agents into shampoos and body washes. This high foaming surfactant makes an ideal choice when formulating mild shampoos or body washes. Its high buffer capacity also offers utility when formulating neutralizing shampoos that act to remove all relaxer types. PEL-AMPH™ 2CSF-CG is also useful in industrial cleaners due to its ability to couple nonionic surfactants into high levels of electrolytes and its broad pH range stability. PEL-AMPH™ 2CSF-CG is the ideal choice for systems where sodium chloride would be detrimental to the performance of the final product or would cause corrosion problems.
