Cinnamon Bark Ceylanicum CO2-SE Extract (organic) is a brown liquid with a fine cinnamon smell. This product is produced by supercritical fluid extraction with natural carbon dioxide, no solvent residues, no inorganic salts, no heavy metals and no reproducible microorganisms.
Applications include the food industry, in candies and chewing-gum, in the pharmaceutical industry, e.g. tooth paste and mouth wash, as stomachicum and carminativum, in perfumery.
