BeautiFerm Resurf C SB is part of a line of products to elevate the positive attributes of organic rye through ecosystemic fermentation. Unlike single-strain fermentation, Evonik's ecosystemic approach uses a multi-strain consortium of natural lactic acid bacteria which enables a broader collection of beneficial agents for the skin. The result are products that help to resurface the skin and promote the balance of a healthy skin microbiota. This family of products is available in three formats to take advantage of postbiotics and paraprobiotics while offering slightly different formulation properties: concentrate, liquid and serum.

BeautiFerm Resurf L SB is a liquid version offered in a preserved system for ease of use. An unpreserved version and a version using pentylene glycol as preservative are also available upon request. This material is a so-called paraprobiotic ingredient that contains the inactivated microbial cells and the metabolites of fermentation. As a filtrate, the product is easier to formulate with and has some improved aesthetic qualities compared with the concentrate form. Vea Menos

BeautiFerm Resurf S SB is a preserved serum version of the product. It is more finely filtered than the liquid version, and as such, it is a so-called postbiotic ingredient that only contains the metabolic products of fermentation. Due to its more granular filtration, this version of BeautiFerm Resurf presents the best aesthetic and formulation properties from the BeautiFerm Resurf family. It is an antimicrobial with broad-spectrum activity and can be used to replace traditional preservatives such as phenoxyethanol, parabens, triclosan, and MIT. It is highly efficient against bacteria, yeasts, and molds and is water-soluble. Suitable for all kinds of cosmetics formulations, like rinse off and leave on. It's especially suitable for wet wipes. Use within formulations pH <6,0. This blend is liquid and therefore easy to handle. Its broad antimicrobial activity will show especially in surfactant-based and aqueous products. TEQUARD SP blend of organic acids that can be used for the gentle preservation for personal care products, with strong, broad-spectrum effectiveness against bacteria, yeast, and mold. This mild blend is compliant with many natural certification requirements. Suggested use is %1 to 2 for formulations both of leave on and rinse off with pH <6,0. The preservative activity is maximized at pH 4,5 to 5,0 where the actives are in their undissociated states as their respective organic acids and act in a complementary nature by suppressing the growth and spore germination of bacteria and molds respectively.
